  • Every home project is unique and has its own factors and complexities that determine the timeline. Let's Meet to talk about your home project and an estimated timeline.

    At Noonan Builds, we will always prioritize quality over speed because we believe it is never worth compromising the integrity of the construction and components being installed in the home. Our priorities, in order, are always: (1) safety, (2) quality, (3) speed/timeline.

    Please Note: Due to supply chain issues, it's taking longer for us to obtain needed materials, which can impact project timelines. That said, we've been adjusting as best as we can and will work with you to identify items and materials to choose and order further in advance in the design process, such as: windows, doors, hardware, cabinets, tile, etc.

  • Every home project is unique and depending on what's most important to you the cost can vary. Let's Meet to talk about your home project and identify your budget and estimates.

    The cost of each project can be estimated if all information is accurate and available at the start of the project. However, this is rarely the case. So we do our best to provide you with cost ranges and guarantee we will keep you informed along the way. When we are given a firm budget to follow, we can help owners and designers make cost-effective decisions with regard to materials and construction best practices (ie: picking the right windows or doors, etc).

    Please Note: Material pricing has seen unprecedented volatility over the last 18+ months, which makes estimates on certain items difficult to gauge. But we will do our best to help provide you with estimates and point out where there may be more variability.

  • Yes! We work closely with architects and designers alike throughout our projects. Through the years we have developed strong relationships with both designers and architects, and we are glad to connect homeowners to professionals we know and trust. We also work with engineers and have great references for our clients. Let's Meet to connect more about your project.

  • Potentially. Let's Meet to connect more about your project and identify where permits might be needed. We are experienced in working with architects in the permitting process, and we will help guide you through this process. There are certain cases where a permit is not necessary. We can assess your project and determine whether a permit is required.

  • Sometimes! We always do our best to accommodate your life; however, depending on the scale and scope of your project it may not be a home you want to live in while renovations or remodeling are ongoing. Typically when we have access to a vacant home, it makes the process more efficient.
