This home is located in a unique coastal community which requires the home to maintain special features and aesthetics with its restoration. This particular home is located on the beach, which made it a challenging environment for construction and demanded attention to particular factors to protect the home. We did a significant amount of structural work underneath this house to ensure its structural stability. This project also included a new construction addition — the entire north wing — that we completed to match the aesthetics of the rest of the home.
